- Assist with apartment turnovers and ensure units are in top condition for new residents.
- Respond to resident maintenance requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and equipment.
- Collaborate with the property management team and fellow maintenance staff.
Acquire the Necessary Skills and Experience
