The Lewis Group of Companies’ annual Agent and Builder Palooza made a successful return to the Inland Empire in October of 2022. Bringing together key players in the housing industry, Builder Palooza connected hundreds of Southern California real estate agents directly with sales agents for nearly a dozen national home builders.
Hosted at The Preserve at Chino, Agent and Builder Palooza allowed attendees to not only meet a variety of national home builders, tour 20+ model homes, and explore amenities, but to also network with peers and catch up with friends.
The largest new home real estate event of the year, Agent and Builder Palooza is anticipated by both agents and builders alike, and this year’s installment was especially welcome after a hiatus the past couple of years. The newly revived experience was regarded by all as a success!
For many agents, Agent and Builder Palooza helps to answer their questions and equip them with talking points about the benefits of buying new homes within a Lewis master planned community as an option for their clients.
Eager to learn, these agents are armed with knowledge about current inventory, future developments, and commission information for various new home builders with Lewis master planned communities. Exclusive walk-throughs for dozens of gorgeously staged model homes give agents the opportunity to see and ask questions about the latest in features, styles, and amenities to keep them in the know for prospective buyers.
Throw free lunch and raffle prizes into the mix and it was a win-win for everyone!
The Lewis Group of Companies is proud to host Agent and Builder Palooza and similar events to foster relationships and build partnerships between our home builders and the communities they serve.
