Karina: I have 3 siblings all living out-of-state (Colorado, Arizona, and Minnesota) that I like to visit when I can.
What are you most excited about working at Lewis?
Karina: I am most excited about getting to know my colleagues! So far everyone has been amazing. I’m looking forward to work, learn, and grow alongside some of the best! I am also excited about the growth opportunities available to us within the company.

Where are you from?
John: I’m from Southern California. Spent most of my early life in the San Fernando Valley and Thousand Oaks areas. Moved to Las Vegas for 16 years then moved back “home” to Southern Cal about 7 years ago. Love it here!
Do you have any hobbies?
John: My hobbies are watching or playing most sports, traveling (I’ve visited 16 different countries), and enjoying a good craft beer.
Any interesting facts about yourself?
John: I’ve been hired/rehired by Lewis 5 times now in my seasonal position, that might be some sort of record. Also on a more quirky note, I’ve been inside Elvis’s house (Graceland) in Memphis and Michael Jackson’s house (Neverland) in Los Olivos, CA. Needless to say, both are not your average cribs
What are you most excited about working at Lewis?
John: I’m most excited to be back at Lewis for season number five to reconnect with the great people I’ve worked with before at HCTV, and also the ones who have started since my last go ’round there. Couldn’t ask for better people to be around and work with. Also looking forward to meeting the residents again, both long timers as well as the new move ins. Going to do everything possible to make this a wonderful place to live for them, and a great place to work for my Lewis colleagues.

Lillian: I was born and raised in Los Angeles but currently reside in the Inland Empire.
Do you have any hobbies?
Lillian: I enjoy traveling to different places to hike, some of my favorites have been National Parks. I collect lapel pins from all of the places I’ve visited and display them in a framed cork board.
Any interesting facts about yourself?
Lillian: I recently started getting into obstacle course racing and have completed the Tough Mudder and Spartan Race. However, I bruise like a peach, so after every race I end up looking like a dalmatian. If you see me on a blazing hot day wearing long sleeves and pants, you’ll know why!
What are you most excited about working at Lewis?
Lillian: I’m so excited to be a part of and grow within such an intentional company. I’m eager to see where my journey takes me!

Javier Guillen

Where are you from?
Javier: I was born in Montclair, CA. I moved around a lot at a young age from Pomona, to Anaheim, to San Diego, Tijuana, and Baja California. Out of all these locations I would say San Diego is where I call home.
Do you have any hobbies?
Javier: As a single father I love to spend time with my daughter, take her to the park or beach and stay active. Love dedicating my time to her when I am not in school or at work. Would love to travel to make more beautiful memories and collect items from every location visited.
Any interesting facts about yourself?
Javier: Served in the U.S. Army for 5 years where I was stationed in Texas. I rotated (form of deployment) to Kuwait for 9 months, where at times I walked outside to witness everything around me an orange-red color during the day and experienced it raining mud due to sandstorms that were occurring at the time. Also, rotated to South Korea for 3 months, where unfortunately due to my contract coming to an end, I didn’t get to experience life outside of the base.
What are you most excited about working at Lewis?
Jaycee: I am most excited to come to a very friendly and motivated work environment. You can feel a very strong family bond within the company. A company where I see growth and many opportunities. Hope to do more than just fill in the shoes of those who came before.

Allen: I love camping in the mountains, fishing trout streams, exploring the wilds, and gold prospecting.

Allen: I do mountain scenes on wood rounds & sawblades and make them 3-D by building up the paint over & over again using testors model paint until desired effect.
