As an Accountant at Lewis Group, you will report to an Accounting Supervisor and leverage your experience to support the company’s financial operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and releasing monthly operating statements: You will ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial reports to Residential Property Management.
- Preparing workpapers for quarterly and year-end financials: Your attention to detail will be crucial in compiling and analyzing financial data.
- Assisting property site staff: You will collaborate with residential property staff to review and understand their monthly operating statements.
- Running recurring journals and allocations: You will manage monthly financial processes to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Providing monthly reports to RPM and senior management: You will keep key stakeholders informed with detailed financial reporting.
- Processing employee collection payments: You will oversee the collection and processing of payments from employees.
- Submitting support tickets to RealPage: You will work with the RealPage system to resolve any technical issues.
- Conducting account analysis and reconciliations: Your analytical skills will help maintain accurate financial records.
