
The City of Ontario’s Planning Commission recently approved Lewis’ entitlement application to develop The Club, a gated luxury apartment community proposed for an 11.10-acre site at the southwest corner of 4th Street and Via Asti, within the Piemonte area of the Ontario Center.
Project Details
- Contemporary Adaptive Spanish architecture, characterized by updated takes on stucco walls, ceramic tile, and siding accents, roof forms with Spanish-style “S” tile elements, and decorative light fixtures
- 11 3-story residential buildings containing a total of 309 “stacked flat” units, along with 11 detached garage buildings
- The unit mix will include 33 studios, 177 1-bedroom units, and 99 2-bedroom units
- Community amenities will include a 2-story clubhouse with a leasing office, reception area, fitness spaces, co-work spaces, a screening lounge, and a clubroom
- Outdoor amenity areas will include a swimming pool, spa, BBQs, lounges, cabanas, and a dog park
The Club will be a highly amenitized apartment community with onsite services and easy access to local entertainment and employment centers.
