Stacey keeps things running smoothly as an Assistant Project Manager in the multifamily department, where she helps bring residential projects to life. Outside the office, she lends her time and energy as a pole vault official, supporting the sport she loves and helping keep events on track. When she is not at work or on the field, Stacey enjoys getting lost in true crime stories, bingeing documentaries, or spending time outdoors to recharge. She has a knack for finding the perfect distraction, whether it is a gripping mystery, a scenic trail, or an unexpected curiosity that catches her interest.

I am an Assistant Project Manager in the Multifamily Department, where I support our team in a variety of ways. My responsibilities vary from day-to-day, which keeps the work both interesting and rewarding.
Some tasks include preparing and submitting various permit applications, such as solar permits, VMEM applications, SB330 applications, and building permits; assisting with assembling building matrix details and developing product specifications; and helping create fee estimates and support a range of other tasks that arise throughout the life of our projects.
Overall, my role allows me to contribute to the success of our team while gaining valuable experience across many different aspects of the project lifecycle.

I’m also grateful for the exceptional leadership on our team. Spencer sets a strong example and motivates all of us to produce high-quality, accurate work. His ability to keep projects moving forward, no matter the challenges, inspires me to continually strive for excellence.

What’s been your happiest memory of late?

I recently went on a road trip to Laughlin, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon, and had the chance to spend quality time with my family along the way. It was such a special experience to explore new places together, take in beautiful views, and create lasting memories.
