What Does a Night Service Manager Do?

As a Night Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of a large Lewis-owned apartment community. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Supervising the Property: Enforce rules and regulations in a positive and proactive manner.
  • Monitoring Amenities: Oversee the community clubhouse, property perimeter, and other amenities.
  • Parking Enforcement and Property Patrols: Ensure that the parking rules are followed and conduct regular patrols to maintain a secure environment.
  • Minor Maintenance Repairs: Address minor maintenance issues promptly.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed.

This full-time night-hours career (8-hour shifts from 5:30 pm to 2:30 am) requires you to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness. 

Don’t have Security Guard experience? Don’t worry! Many of our best Night Service Managers do not have that experience but have other applicable experience, such as team management, loss prevention, restaurant/retail store management, customer service management, etc.

Qualifications for Success

  • Valid CA Driver’s License: A valid California driver’s license is required.
