This past Saturday marked the grand opening of a new master planned community, Renaissance in Rialto. Thoughtfully designed by the Lewis Planned Communities Team, this gated community will offer residents exceptional amenities and beautiful parks while fostering connections and providing a welcoming environment for families to put down roots. Lennar is now selling the first four neighborhoods with homes ranging from 1,478 to 2,388 square feet and up to 4 bedrooms.
At completion, Renaissance will include 1,200 homes, over 2.5 acres of private parks, various private amenities such as pools, spas, tot lots, barbecues, and a future recreation center with a fitness center, and meeting space. Additionally, the community is conveniently located near freeway access, local shopping, dining, and attractions. Nearby Renaissance Marketplace, originally a Lewis Retail Center, is located nearby offering a variety of shopping, dining and entertaining options for Renaissance residents.
