We’re thrilled to announce that Tim McGinnis, Vice President of Regional Planned Communities, has been awarded Member of the Year by the Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIASC) Leadership Chapter. This prestigious recognition honors Tim’s outstanding contributions to the industry and his exemplary guidance in advancing residential community development throughout San Bernardino County.
The award acknowledges professionals who demonstrate exceptional dedication to the building industry, innovative stewardship, and meaningful contributions to their communities. Tim’s selection reflects his commitment to excellence and his significant impact on shaping the future of the region.
Since joining Lewis in 2017, Tim has been instrumental in guiding significant projects in the Inland Empire, including:
- The Resort in Rancho Cucamonga
- Ontario Ranch
- Moreno Valley Town Center
- Perris Town Center
- The Villages of Lakeview
Before joining Lewis, Tim served as Division President for Woodside Homes, where he honed his expertise in residential development and community planning. His experience spans strategic planning, entitlements, and project management, which are all skills that have proven invaluable in navigating the complex challenges of large-scale community development.
When he’s not shaping communities, Tim can be found on the golf course pursuing his passion for the game. He recently returned from an unforgettable trip to Ireland, where he had the opportunity to play at one of the country’s legendary courses, a bucket-list experience for any golf enthusiast.
As Tim continues to lead Lewis’ regional planned community initiatives, this award serves as recognition of both his past achievements and the trajectory of future successes. His vision and influence will continue to shape the landscape of Southern California for years to come.
