  2. Administering Monthly Rent Collection:
    • Ensuring timely collection of rent, posting notices, and following up on any delinquencies are crucial aspects of this role.
  3. Maintaining Resident Files:
    • Accurate and up-to-date resident files are essential for smooth community operations, and you will be responsible for managing these records.
  4. Handling Mail and Packages:
    • Managing incoming mail, packages, and resident deliveries ensures residents receive their correspondence and parcels efficiently.
  5. Collaborating with Maintenance and Leasing Staff:
    • Working alongside maintenance and leasing staff, you will help coordinate efforts to maintain and improve community standards.
  6. Communication Management:
