What is your role at Lewis and what do you do?
Cristen: I am the General Manager at Harvest at Damonte Ranch.
What do you enjoy most about your new role?
Cristen: I love that this is a larger property. It keeps me busy and there is always something new coming my way to challenge me.
What is your recent promotion?
Cristen: I was the Community Director at our new lease up Homecoming at Kiley Ranch and transitioned to General Manager at Harvest at Damonte Ranch.
What were you doing before Lewis?
Cristen: I have been working in property management in the Reno/Sparks area for about 20 years now. Before Lewis I worked with FPI for 6 years.

How do you stay busy outside of work?
Cristen: Outside of work, I’m a single mother to twin 15-year-old girls who have been active in competitive sports since the age of 5. They’ve competed in gymnastics, softball, horseback riding, volleyball, and cheerleading, keeping us on the go with competitions across the country.

Cristen: Growing up, I moved around a lot, attending 18 different schools before finally completing my senior year in Reno.
