Anthony Manning (AJ) at Homecoming at Kiley Ranch has built something pretty remarkable – a maintenance shop that’s actually beautiful. And coming from someone who’s worked at communities across the country and seen plenty of maintenance facilities, that’s saying something.
When someone cares enough to make their workspace this exceptional, it deserves a shout out. AJ’s dedication to his job and his shop is clear, and the residents at Homecoming at Kiley Ranch are lucky to have him.
Maybe “Most Beautiful Maintenance Space” should be an official award category for the Goldy’s – AJ would definitely be tough competition!
Colette moved to Sparks 2 years ago and absolutely loves it here. Lake Tahoe is amazing in the summer and all the ski mountains in the winter make for some fun snowboarding weekends. She also loves the whole lease-up process and creating a beautiful, friendly place for people to call home.
