What has your career path looked like?

I went to college for a bit but wasn’t quite sure what I wanted to pursue at the time. After exploring, I found an opportunity in property management as a leasing consultant and really connected with the industry. Overall, I have about 4 years of leasing consultant experience. It’s been a great fit, and I’ve enjoyed developing my skills.

What is your recent promotion?

I was recently promoted to assistant community director, and I’m absolutely thrilled about this next step in my career. After spending about four years as a leasing consultant, I’ve developed a real passion for property management and helping create positive experiences for residents. I’m excited to continue learning, growing, and making an even greater impact in the industry!

What were you doing before Lewis?

Prior to joining Lewis, I was based in Florida and worked in property management as a leasing consultant for a smaller property.

How do you stay busy outside of the office?

Outside of the office, I love staying active and adventurous-whether it’s hiking, kayaking, camping, or even skydiving, which I recently tried for the first time! I really enjoy being outdoors and connecting with nature. And of course, I always make time for a little shopping!

Any goals for 2025?

My goals for 2025 would include traveling more, staying active, and further developing my professional skills. One trip I’m hoping to take is to visit the Redwoods in California – a dream I’ve had since I was a little girl. The trees back home do not compare! Over the past year, I’ve also made my health and wellness a priority and I’ve lost 30 pounds! I plan to continue this journey by staying active and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, with my recent promotion, I’m eager to expand my knowledge and grow more confident in my new role.
