His favorite quote is Malcolm Gladwell’s ‘Practice isn’t the thing you do once you’re good. It’s the thing that makes you good’ because it reminds him that mastery takes time, consistency, and effort—there are no shortcuts. Whether it’s in his role at Lewis or growing as a loan officer, he believes in putting in the reps. That 10,000-hour mindset fuels how he approaches everything he does.

Tell us about yourself?
Outside of Lewis, I am a licensed loan officer, working evenings and weekends. I am enthusiastic about educating people through the homebuying process, especially with how abundant misinformation is out there. I also use it to stay active in the real estate space, build strong relationships, and bring additional insight into the work I do here at Lewis.
How do you stay busy outside of the office?
True gratification comes from serving as a trusted resource, empowering people to make confident, informed decisions during one of the most significant moments in their lives. Representing Lewis while simultaneously expanding my influence in the broader real estate community is both fulfilling and drives me to continuously deliver exceptional value.

What gets you excited?
I aspire for prosperity—not just financially, but in personal growth and fulfillment. I am enthusiastic about active leisure, especially DIY projects. For example, I recently refurbished an oak China hutch and a matching kitchen table with upholstery, which was both challenging and rewarding.
Time management plays a huge role in balancing my side hustle, hobbies, and family life. Juggling all these priorities requires focus and discipline, but it keeps me motivated and grounded, fueling my drive both professionally and personally.
What is your why behind what you do, what fuels you?
What have been your biggest challenges?
One of my biggest challenges has been balancing my dual roles—as a team member at Lewis and as a licensed loan officer—along with family commitments. Managing this juggling act requires strong discipline and focus, which aligns with my StrengthsFinder themes of Discipline and Achiever.
Thankfully, my top five strengths really reflect how I approach these challenges. My Discipline and Achiever strengths help me stay organized and purposeful even when things get hectic. Individualization allows me to connect meaningfully with people—whether it is understanding the needs of a client or collaborating with a team. And with Restorative, I am constantly looking for ways to improve systems, solve problems, and grow through every experience.
My Context strength plays a significant role; it helps me learn from past experiences and use that insight to make better decisions in the present. Whether it is drawing from past projects at Lewis or lessons learned early on in my loan officer journey, I am always looking at the bigger picture and using it to guide my next steps.
Balancing everything has not always been easy, but it has pushed me to level up, stay intentional, and continue growing in every area of my life.
