Vice President of Retail Project Development
This role reports to the Vice President of Commercial Development while working with Lewis’ development partners.
To do well in this position, you’ll need experience and knowledge in all parts of the commercial real estate process. A background in architecture or engineering wouldn’t hurt either.
Do you have proven experience working with entitlements and site development for retail centers? If so, keep your eye on Lewis for our next opportunity in Retail.
As a Community Administrator, you will work alongside the Assistant Community Director. You’ll provide services and support to the wonderful Lewis Community residents. You are sort of like the Hotel Concierge of your community!
You’ll manage the resident services desk. This involves answering phone calls and questions, collecting rent, and distributing incoming mail. You will also work closely with the maintenance and leasing staff.
The community administrator is the first face new and current residents see when they enter a Lewis community apartment building. It’s a great role for anyone who enjoys being of service and working with people.
Land Development Project Manager
Do you have experience in land development? The land development project manager is responsible for managing the company’s development projects. They also support the project management team.
They handle oversight and coordinate the entire land development process. Our Project Managers visit the site, partner with vendors and subcontractors, watch the numbers, make presentations at City council meetings, and generally make sure the land development projects is running smoothly, while communicating progress to building partners and Lewis executives.
