What We Do

Since 1955, we have acquired land to entitle, develop, and manage or sell to homebuilders. We have developed new communities in California and Nevada, over 25,000 acres, and housing more than 100,000 families.

Track Record of Success

We have developed more than 10,000 rental homes to date and has sold lots of Centex Homes, KB Home, Lennar, and dozens more. In retail; 9 million square feet to date, 31 dynamic centers, and 1,000’s of successful retailers.
