What's your favorite part of your job?

My favorite part of the job is the perfect balance between managing paperwork and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Leasing Administrator, I get the unique opportunity to ensure the company’s policies and procedures are followed, while also providing top-notch service to our customers. It’s incredibly rewarding to play a key role in both the operational side of the business and directly impact the customer experience!

Who inspires you the most?

The person who inspired my career the most is my first-ever General Manager, Caseie. She played a pivotal role in propelling me into the world of property management. Watching her poise, professionalism, and strong leadership provided invaluable guidance for my own career. I feel truly blessed to have had her as my first General Manager—her influence continues to shape my approach to work every day.

How do you stay motivated?

My biggest motivation comes from applying the 1% method. I believe that nothing has to be perfect today, but as long as I’m 1% better than the version of myself from yesterday, I’m on the right track. I focus on making small, consistent improvements, and I make sure to celebrate those small wins along the way. It’s a reminder that progress is about continuous growth, not perfection.

What keeps your busy outside of work?

Outside of work, I love to cook and try out new recipes—my kitchen is my creative playground! If I’m not cooking up something new, you’ll likely find me at the mall on a mission to hunt down the best deal. It’s a full-time job, but hey, someone’s got to do it!

What values guide your life?

A value that brings out the best in me is inspired by Colossians 3:23: ‘Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart.’ I was always taught that if you give your full effort to everything you do, you’ll see growth and success. While I may not know exactly where my path will take me, I know that putting my whole heart into each task will bring out the best in me and lead to positive outcomes.
