Samaria is currently a Leasing Consultant at Homecoming at Creekside. In her free time, she enjoys watching pro-wrestling, building LEGO sets, and spending time with her younger sister. Her favorite quote is, “when you love what you have, you have everything you need.”
What do you do at Lewis and what does a typical day look like? What is you favorite part of your job?
I am a leasing consultant here at Homecoming at Creekside. A typical day looks like giving tours of our beautiful community as well as following up with prospects about their apartment search and showing them why Homecoming is the perfect place for them to call home. My favorite part of the job is Move-In day for a new resident and welcoming them into our community.
What advice would you give your younger self?
Keep working hard! There will be tough times but if you keep up the hard work, it will pay off. Another thing I’d tell myself is that you don’t have to have everything all figured out. Mistakes don’t define who you are, it’s all a part of the growth process. You can learn something new about yourself whether the experience is good or bad.

Any goals for 2025?
I hope to be able to take some time and do some volunteer work. Now that I’ve graduated and have some free time after work, I would like to spend some of it giving back to the community. I’m also prepping for the LSAT which I will take in June, so a goal is to score high, my target score is at least a 165!
