What's your favorite part of your job?

My favorite part of my job is helping prospects find the perfect home. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of such a personal milestone, whether it’s an exciting new chapter or a transition during a challenging time. Since everyone has their own unique story, I strive to make the leasing process as smooth, stress-free, and memorable as possible. My goal is to create an experience where everyone feels comfortable, supported, and confident in their decision.

What's your proudest non-work achievement?

My proudest non-work achievement is becoming a mother to my 2-year-old daughter. There is nothing more fulfilling than being her mom, and I am forever grateful for that.

What’s a constant theme in your life?

A constant theme in my life is growth and learning. Life will always bring challenges, but I believe they don’t mean much if you can’t learn and grow from them. Whether in my personal or professional life, I try to take something valuable from every experience to keep moving forward.

What values guide your career and life path?

Empathy and understanding are the values that guide both my career and my life. I believe it’s important to recognize that everyone is going through something different, and taking the time to listen and show compassion can make all the difference. These values help me build meaningful connections and create positive experiences, both at work and in my everyday life.

Any interesting facts or stories?

An interesting fact about me is that I’m originally from Alexandria, Egypt, and I lived there for 7 years when I was younger. It was an unforgettable experience that gave me a unique perspective on life and introduced me to a rich culture I still cherish today.

Email Hagar directly at Hagar.Farag@lewsimc.com if you, too, hold empathy and understanding as paramount values, or for any recommendations on where to get good Egyptian food around Rancho.
