I’m thrilled to introduce one of our most dynamic team members, Shannon Shaffer, who serves as our Lifestyle Director for Northern Nevada. Over the past three years, Shannon has transformed the way our residents experience community living across five distinct neighborhoods: Harvest at Damonte Ranch, Homecoming at Kiley Ranch, Indigo, Esprit, and Latitude 39.

Hi, I'm Shannon Shaffer, and I've had the pleasure of working as the Lifestyle Director in Northern Nevada for the past three years.
I oversee events and programming for five amazing communities: Harvest at Damonte Ranch, Homecoming at Kiley Ranch, Indigo, Esprit, and Latitude 39. I love variety and being on the go, so this role has truly been a perfect fit for me.
Before joining Lewis, I spent most of my career in the arts and events world. I’ve been a professional dancer, singer, florist, and artist—creativity has always been at the heart of everything I do. A few fun highlights from my performance days? I’ve levitated, turned into a panther, and even jumped through a circle of flames! Outside of work, I’m a devoted dog mom, a brand-new grandma, and I absolutely love spending time with my family. I feel incredibly lucky to do what I love every day and to be part of such a creative, supportive team.
