
We’re excited to announce the rollout of our new signature block system across the entire company over the next few weeks to two months. This upgraded system addresses most of the exceptions we’ve encountered with our previous signature setup, ensuring a smoother, more professional experience for both internal communications and external client correspondence.
What’s New
The enhanced system now supports employees with DRE licenses in both California and Nevada, as well as team members with professional certifications that need to be included in their signatures.
Rollout Timeline
We’re implementing this system in phases:
- Phase 1: Upland office
- Phase 2: Regional offices in California and Nevada
- Phase 3: RPM sites
Platform Coverage
Your new signature will automatically appear when using:
- Outlook on PC
- Outlook mobile app
- Default smartphone mail applications
