Grounded in faith, driven by purpose, and shaped by the close-knit values of a small Texas town, Patricia brings a genuineness to her work and relationships that people around her notice right away.

Tell us about yourself?

I was born and raised in Bishop, Texas, a very small farming town with a population of about 3,500 (think Hallmark movie). You’d really have to zoom in on the map to find it. Growing up there meant everyone knew each other, and it taught me the value of community and hard work.

What do you do at Lewis and what’s your favorite part of your job?

I’m the DRE Manager. I work closely with our project managers and guest builders to guide projects through the Department of Real Estate, enabling us to obtain public reports and get homes ready to sell. My favorite part of the job is being involved in every project. I really enjoy collaborating with our project managers and being part of the process from beginning to end.

How do you stay busy outside of the office?

Having four children keeps me busy; we’re truly in every season of life with kids ranging from ages 1 to 13 years old. That alone is a full schedule. When I do have downtime, I enjoy walking, hiking, working out, tackling DIY projects around the house, and serving in ministry, which is a big part of my life.

What values guide your career and life path?

My Christian faith guides everything I do. It shapes how I work, how I treat people, and how I approach both challenges and opportunities.

Anything new you’ve learned lately or plan to learn? How do you challenge yourself?

I recently earned my paralegal certificate and look forward to using those skills in my role. I challenge myself by continuing to learn, building new skills, and looking for ways to improve both personally and professionally.

Any interesting facts or stories?

Before I ever worked at Lewis, the company was already part of my story. My husband and I were married at Sierra Lakes Golf Course, and we rented our first apartment at Sunscape in Alta Loma, both Lewis communities. At the time, I had no idea. Five years later, I joined Lewis, and nearly ten years later, I’m still here. It’s been a meaningful full-circle experience.

Rooted in faith, devoted to family, and grateful for the opportunity to grow alongside the Lewis community, Patricia brings heart and purpose to everything she does. In many ways, her journey reflects the very values that define Lewis itself: commitment, integrity and a deep appreciation for the people and communities we serve.
