Our multifamily development team has an active pipeline of 2,013 units across the Reno–Sparks metro, with roughly 720 in Reno and the balance in the City of Sparks. The next phase of Kiley Ranch is coming in the next few months, and there’s more behind it.

Oscar Nunez has served as Superintendent at Lewis since 2024, overseeing field operations with a hands-on approach to delivering quality construction. Outside of work, he’s happy to call the Reno area home, easy access to the mountains doesn’t hurt.
