Jennifer Biggs recently celebrated a big win with a promotion. Read below to learn more about how she made it happen.

What is your recent promotion?

I was recently promoted from Office Administrator to Assistant Property Manager.

What drew you to working at Lewis?

I was looking for a change, saw the Office Administrator role, and knew I could do it. I was lucky enough to meet with the Northern Nevada team and get the role. In my short time here and promotion to Assistant Property Manager Nevada, I could see why people stay with the company for careers.

Who has inspired your life path most?

The two people who inspire how I work and how I look at life are my dad and my husband. My dad gave me the foundation for what the path could look like with perseverance and dedication. My husband walks this path with me, reminding me that if we put our heads down and continue to strive for excellence, we will see achievements whether professionally or personally.

Any habits you’re particularly proud of?

One habit I am proud of is the fact that I am not late, I strive to show up early.
