In addition to our Southern California meeting, we recently wrapped up our 2025 RPM Facilities Meeting for Northern California, bringing together our grounds, maintenance, and renovation teams for a productive and energizing session.
One of the highlights was a presentation covering critical operational updates and what’s ahead for our Northern California portfolio, including: AB 2901 moveout inspection requirements, backflow lock implementations, new leadership transitions, the opening of Independence in Dixon, and future initiatives including monthly fire extinguisher inspections and golf cart inspection protocols.

Charles Fox is the Director of Maintenance for Property Management with Lewis Apartments. He brings over a decade of experience overseeing maintenance operations across the Southern California and Northern California portfolio.
