National Night Out at The Preserve at Chino
We wrapped up our 2025 RPM Facilities Meeting recently, and I wanted to take a moment to share some thoughts on what was a productive and energizing gathering of our grounds, maintenance, and renovation teams.

This year, we were fortunate to have Monica Jeter, Paul Bedoya, Spencer Bogner, Contessa Chessman, Caseie Rouse, Juliana Marcotte, Jason Cepeda, Holly Bombard, and many others present. The collective experience and insight in that room represented years of work across dozens of communities. One of the highlights was Spencer Bogner’s presentation on what’s coming down the pipeline. He walked us through current projects, opportunities on the horizon, and the strategic thinking that’s shaping the future of multifamily living in California over the next several years.
