Frankie Ripley is a Sales Operations Specialist at Lewis, supporting leasing operations, aligning cross-functional teams, and implementing solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce errors. Outside of work, she enjoys musical theater, anime and manga, exploring botanical gardens, and volunteering in her community. Frankie lives by the mantra to “Set your heart ablaze!” to inspire and remind herself to bring energy, creativity, and passion to everything she does.
What's your career story?
I joined Lewis in 2020 as a Sales Administrator on the RPM Sales and Pricing Team. Since then, I’ve partnered with vendors, streamlined workflows, and supported roll-out projects across our corporate and onsite teams to keep sales operations running smoothly. Before Lewis, I managed product development and marketing at Timeless Skin Care and led a sales team at American Eagle Outfitters. Each role has strengthened my skills in collaboration, problem-solving, and process improvement.
Congratulations on your promotion! What's your new role?
I was recently promoted to Sales Operations Specialist, thanks to the incredible and invaluable guidance and development provided by Danny Chouinard and my previous managers, Brittany Rogers and Jillian Schneider. In this newly created role, I’ll continue to support onsite sales operations, act as a liaison and project lead on new product rollouts such as EliseAI and ApartmentIQ, assist with onboarding and training resources for new sales hires, and support the continuous improvement of workflows and reporting within RPM. I’m excited to contribute to our Lewis team’s success in this new capacity!

What keeps you motivated, and how do you inspire that same drive in others?
I stay motivated by living in alignment with my personal mission. I’ve learned that motivation is a constant battle that requires determination and resilience, but when I stay connected to my long-term goals, it becomes that much easier to remain energized and committed. And on the days when that energy is sparse, Elena Librant has taught me that practicing self-discipline is what recenters us. Ultimately, helping us stay motivated even when we’re not feeling it or when progress isn’t immediately visible. I hope to motivate others by being approachable, communicating clearly, and consistently showing up as a true team player!

Thanks to Jason Cepeda, who heads the LEAD Program here at Lewis, and the leadership development from my mentor Elena Librant, I’ve been able to not only articulate my guiding values but also put them into action. Contribution, integrity, quality, self-actualization, and excitement are the values I use to guide and align my approach in both work and life. I aim to make a positive impact, deliver high-quality work, continuously learn, and approach each day with curiosity and good energy to conquer whatever comes next.

What gets you excited: whether that's at work, in your personal life, or just things you're passionate about?
At work, I get excited by tackling challenges, improving processes, and supporting my team’s success. Making workflows more efficient or meaningful in our day-to-day work life matters to me, as most of us spend more time here at work than at home. So, I want to help make this the best place to work! Outside of work, I enjoy performing in musical theater, volunteering in my community (my church/old elementary school), visiting anime conventions and botanical gardens (I make it a goal to explore a new one every time I travel somewhere new), and going to concerts. These hobbies fuel my creativity and attention to detail, which I try to bring into my work here at Lewis.
