We’re grateful to CBRE for the opportunity to share insights about Homecoming at Kiley Ranch in their Q3 Reno Multifamily Market Newsletter.
Lewis Apartment Communities is proud to introduce Homecoming at Kiley Ranch, our fifth apartment community in Northern Nevada and a milestone addition to the region’s growing residential landscape. Since opening our first Reno community a decade ago, we’ve expanded our Northern Nevada portfolio to 1,560 units, and Homecoming represents our continued commitment to delivering exceptional living experiences in this dynamic market.
Homecoming brings a fresh approach to multifamily living in Sparks, serving as Kiley Ranch’s first residential neighborhood to blend traditional apartments with townhomes—each featuring a private garage. Designed with modern architectural aesthetics, the community offers floor plans ranging from 745-square-foot one-bedroom apartments to expansive four-bedroom townhomes spanning up to 1,518 square feet across three stories. The property’s location adjacent to Bohach Elementary School and Sky Ranch Middle School, both featuring state-of-the-art facilities, makes Homecoming particularly appealing to families. We’ve thoughtfully designed our three- and four-bedroom townhomes with direct-access, three-car garages to accommodate growing households seeking space and convenience.
The 5,200-square-foot clubhouse serves as the community’s social heart, complemented by a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga studio, pool and spa, and indoor mailroom with package lockers. Unique touches include a community vineyard, outdoor theater, and multiple gathering spaces with fire pits and barbecues. For pet owners, the property features walking routes throughout the neighborhood, an indoor dog spa, and a spacious dog park. The adjacent Kiley Ranch Wetland Preserve provides additional open space for outdoor enthusiasts.
Drawing on the Lewis Group of Companies’ nearly 70-year history, including over 50 years developing in Northern Nevada, we’ve weathered numerous economic cycles. When Homecoming launched amid an oversupplied multifamily market, our experience and strategic approach enabled us to achieve stabilization for all 306 units in approximately 11 months from first occupancy. We’re proud of what we’ve done and excited for where we’re going.
