Lewis Apartment Communities has placed 7th in the 2025 TALi Awards from J Turner Research, ranking among companies in the 10,000+ unit category based on resident loyalty scores.
J Turner Research conducts resident feedback programs and assigns each community a TALi score ranging from 0 to 10. The 2025 awards recognize the top 100 conventional communities and top 25 conventional companies with the highest average loyalty scores across their portfolios. The rankings are based on direct resident feedback, measuring how likely residents are to recommend their community to others. In addition, the scores offer third-party validation of community quality based on actual resident experience.
Resident loyalty typically correlates with a few key factors, like quality and maintenance of amenities, community design and walkability, responsiveness to resident needs, and overall living experience and value.
The TALi score measures resident loyalty on a net promoter framework, where scores above 7 indicate strong resident satisfaction and likelihood to recommend. Placing 7th in this category reflects performance across Lewis Apartment Communities’ entire portfolio, not selective results from top-performing communities.
