Lewis’ portfolio within Ontario Ranch represents a substantial portion of the community’s performance. However, this ranking reflects the combined efforts of our partnership with Lennar, RCCD, Richland, Brookfield, and Stratham who collectively comprise the Ontario Ranch master plan.
The 2025 data reveals a nuanced market environment. While master-planned communities experienced a 4% year-over-year decline from approximately 34,000 home sales in 2024, performance among top-tier communities remained strong. Seven master plans exceeded 1,000 home sales, a new record in the survey’s history. This dynamic indicates market consolidation toward quality assets. Buyers are increasingly selective, gravitating toward master-planned communities with comprehensive amenities, established infrastructure, and long-term value propositions.
This ranking validates our belief that master-planned community development, when executed with disciplined capital allocation and strategic partnerships, generates sustainable absorption even in moderating market conditions.
